      Looks like a pretty awkward scenario to me. The ramp puts the belayer at a weird angle to the climber and the low difficulties increase the chances that a fall could end up with the climber hitting the ramp.

    Maybe you should stand closer to the climber ? so you decrease the amount of robe out, and by doing that shortining the fall? ( As there is less robe to expand)
