I’ve had multiple non-climbing friends e-mail me links to stories about this video of a 22-month-old bouldering on a home woodie. The stories are hardly worth linking to, but if the 500,000 views the Youtube version of the video has gotten are any indication, this thing has gone viral in a way that things like actual rock climbing can’t and probably never will.
Mt. Everest, speed climbing, free soloing and now toddlers climbing, does that pretty much cover the extent of the general public’s knowledge of rock climbing?
