Brian Bittner is one of the strongest members of the reticent hard-bouldering scene in Vermont. Along with being an an athlete with Outdoor Research, Five-Ten and Darn Tough, he is a professional antiques dealer. Here Brian talks about both his profession in the antiques world as well as his part in the world of northeastern bouldering. Here he does the first ascent of "Fat Kid" V12 in the forest of Bolton Vermont. Like many of the boulder problems in Vermont, this one was unearthed only recently after some boulderers stumbled upon on it hiking through the woods.
