Carlo Traversi Sends The Dagger (V14) In Cresciano

Carlo Taversi is having himself quite the year, breaking into the V14 grade with repeats of RMNP V14s like Jade and Aslan.  Over in Switzerland for an extended trip Traversi got thing started with a repeat of The Never Ending Story (V14) in Magic Wood and now, according to his blog, he’s made a repeat of The Dagger (V14) in Cresciano.  The Dagger, which was first done by Toni Lamprecht, climbs out a crazy roof on the backside of the famous Dreamtime boulder.

You can read more about the send on Traversi’s blog where he indicates he is motivated to try for a rare repeat of the sit start to The Dagger, Dave Graham’s The Story Of Two Worlds (V15).  Traversi also shared a link to this video which is quite cool:

Speaking of which, Dai also kicked off his 40 day crush fest in Switzerland starting this week. Keep an eye out for him

carlo is a soft spoken kid who absolutely crushes, and who supports everyone else in their efforts to send, no matter how hard their projects may be. very psyched to see him enjoying the fruits of many years of labor.

I have to second Peter’s comments – the Monday after the Nor’Easter up here in Rumney, Carlo was hanging out and resting up before his flight to Swizzy, and he volunteered (kind of out of the blue) to give me a ride on my project at the time, a doofy little .13 named Bottom Feeder. Super supportive, super psyched!

I’m thrilled that he’s having such a strong season. I look forward to more to come!
