       Nope. She is a brand ambassador. No one is paying her to climb anything. They are paying to represent a company, part of that is using the product while climbing, the majority is to be a personality and positive figure in the community.

     To be honest, the video is actually not very well representative of her overall persona I would say. Her comments do come across as rather haphazard, I’m not sure if it’s the editing or something else. Having known her for a number of years and seen her speak at other public events I feel she does have the ability to be much more articulate and well spoken.
