Nina isn't engaging her shoulders when she hangs. My experience is that this can be really hard on the joint and lead to impingement issues.

I enjoyed this even if Nina wasn't retracting her scapula while dead hanging. I come from a long history of time spent in the weight room and have let training fall into neglect instead just spending my time climbing. This was a good wake up call to start doing these prehab type exercises for the forearm/shoulders since I'm suffering from the end result from not doing them proactively.
