    there’s probably some sort of lesson to be learned here or maybe even words of caution.

    can they really be surprised that there’s more “palm greasing” when it seems like that was the tone set when initially going into business? Unfortunate but almost expected. It is a third world country with cultural and political differences that the western world isn’t familiar with and won’t really understand.

    You’ve got to pay to play.
