…and try to mix in a rest day.
It never seemed to work all that well for me, but part of being a sick strong climber seems to be the ability to climb several days on without getting worn out or injured. Exhibits A and B this week are Daniel Woods and Ty Landman.
Daniel spent 2 days this weekend at the Temple in NM dispatching 1 V14 (30+ moves long), 1V13, 1 V12 and 4 V11’s for good measure. Apparently he was also seen cruising around The Park running laps on other people’s projects once he got home.
On Sunday Ty had a pretty nice afternoon session at the Park. He put up a new V9 on the Veritas boulder, put up a new V13 on the Stinkbug boulder and closed down the day with a flash of Stinkbug (V11). As is the usual, Chad Greedy had his camera on:
