It’s Friday, I climbed yesterday for the first time in almost a month and fall is right around the corner. Life is good.
Other than the glimmer of hope that I might get some climbing done in the coming months I’m excited for the upcoming Nor’easter Outdoor Sports & Music Festival that’s being held September 23-25 in Burlington, VT. If all goes according to plan I’ll be out in Burlington to cover the UBC Pro Tour finale that will be going on over the course of that weekend. Registration is now open for those interested in competing, and below you’ll find a video and press release pertaining to that fact:

Munich Bouldering World Cup
This weekend is the final bouldering World Cup of the season in Munich, Germany. Kilian Fischhuber has already locked up the overall title for the men while the women’s field will come down to a battle between Anna Stohr and Akiyo Noguchi. The men’s qualifiers are already done with Daniel Woods on to semifinals in 12th place, but here is the remaining live IFSC.tv broadcast schedule (all times EST):
Friday
- 10:30 am – 1 pm – Women’s Qualifiers
- 4:30 am – 7 am – Semi-finals
- 11:30 am – Finals
