Temporary Closure At Hueco Tanks

The Grenade Boulder, home to the classic Nobody Gets Out Of Here Alive (V2) at Hueco Tanks’ North Mountain, has come under a temporary closure due to nesting wrens.  Read the full story at Climbing.com or the El Paso Times.

    its no big deal the hueco tanks climbers coalition closed it to protect a bird nesting in Nobody gets out of here alive. I was just there and talked to some of them, it will open once the bird and its baby leave.

      Just kidding. This situation looks like a good example of climbers and managers working together which is why I wanted to post about it.
