Tommy Caldwell and Alex Honnold spent Saturday romping up big walls in Yosemite. The pair free climbed Freerider on El Cap (6:45 climbing), the South Face of Mt. Watkins (2:40 climbing) and the Regular Northwest Face on Half Dome (5 climbing) in just over 21 hours. More at Climbing.com. So…how was your weekend??

I watched some TV and climbed a couple V3′s in the gym and then got tired after about 35 minutes and then came home and watched a basketball game. Pretty much =’s whatever they think they “accomplished.”

First trip to rumney nh, first time sport climbing outside, onsighted lonesome dove my first 5.10a (actually it was my first time leading anything above 5.8.. I don’t get it. But I don’t hate it)
….. All part of my training for Yosemite next weekend w/ tc and honnold of course! we’re actually soloing el cap and then meeting dean potter up there to slack line straight to getu in china. The lines already set up, got the text, good to go
