Climbing Video: Mike Foley Sending Livin’ Astroglide (5.14c) In Rumney

I mentioned the other week that Mike Foley had repeated Livin’ Astroglide (hard 5.14c) at Rumney’s Waimea wall.  The route links together two tough Dave Graham routes by climbing the majority of Livin’ Astro (easy 5.14c) and then traversing left into the crux of China Beach (5.14b).

    Awesome vid, awesome route and a talented up and coming climber. I have said it before but, Rumney is perhaps my favorite place to climb. Amazing schist and burly climbing.

    For us Queebs (what them new-england folk like to call us Quebecers), Rumney is the closest world-class climbing area in the US.
