   Rule #1 of filming 1 arm pull-ups: be able to do a 1 arm pull-up.
   Rule #2: If you get shut down after 1/4 of the motion, drop off and act like you were just messing around. Do not repeat the miniature motion multiple times like that’s what you were trying to do.

   Not sure what the deal with ‘Overzealous’ was, but it’s supposed to be done from a sit start at left (for full v9 credit). The part that she is shown climbing is a v6 stand start and is unnamed. Perhaps they didn’t get the footage of the start, but then why include it?
