    I like how a 9a followed by a 9a shouldn't be a big deal

    1. Gotta get me some

I think these things just seem like less of a big deal when you have a pair of awesome blue pants... "9a into 9a? Pssh have you seen my pants? What the f**k CAN'T I do in these?1"

      1. Gotta get me some

But seriously, where can I get a pair of pants like that...

        1. Avery

FOR REAL I WAS THINKING THOSE PANTS WERE SO SWEET... screw the gaston crank with a knee down turn... ALL ABOUT TEH PANTS BABY

perhaps more amazing that he didnt clip before the rest after the first '9a'

  3. Seth

When he climbs it looks like the video's on fast forward.

  4. Ryan

My thoughts exactly. This makes me feel like I climb ridiculously slow.

When you belay Adam Ondra, you probably have to feed him out 3-4 meters of slack just to not short rope him (-:

    1. Tane Owens

All my bloodiest nightmares involve short-roping Ondra on redpoint.

  6. Mittens

    That gaston looked so painful.

    BUT AWESOME

  8. THE menace

  9. PBC

I for one am pretty psyched to not here him screaming and stuff when he falls off. That makes it a lot nicer to watch him, and easier to root for him.

    1. Bert

I like it when he screams.

Perhaps the only reason Ondra didn't yell so much when he fell was because you were only watching clips in which he wasn't failing going for the full redpoint. I personally excuse the yelling given all the effort that goes into each redpoint attempt, especially considering even a guy like Ondra only gets a finite number of attempts on any given route.

I for one do not look forward to a world where no one is socially permitted to get mad...ever. Sounds a little unrealistic. Who really wants to live in that world? In said world, how would one, for example, express themselves when they get only half a paycheck?
