I love that these guys love what they do so much. All of LT11’s recent videos have been gorgeously shot. I know there have been some criticisms recently about their comp coverage (not telling a story, etc), but I’ve loved it all, and really appreciate that they consistently put out a great product for free.
One small comment I have is about the “virtual studio” LT11 used in their nationals coverage. The 3d “virtual studio” looked way cheesy, as if it was modeled by a first-year architecture student and rendered with the most basic lighting and materials. Next time, try to find someone with some better 3d skills, and maybe get some natural images involved, maybe a landscape outside, seen through the windows. After all, the comp is in Colorado, and climbing is all about the great outdoors. Your current “virtual studio” looks like a gray dungeon!
