During my Climbers Behind The Lense post I somehow forgot to mention Wade David. He climbs, he shoots, and he also happens to have a couple of cool websites worth checking out.
First is his new blog. It has some quick hitters and it has some nice eye candy pictures.
Second is Wadedavid.com. Once there, you can find a lot of different media and news on where he has been climbing/shooting (which is usually near sweet stone and hard climbers). Click on the picture below to see a video he made recently of Simon Moore’s ascent of Freshly Squeezed (V12 or 13) in RMNP:

While we are talking about Freshly Squeezed, here is a bonus video of Seth Allred climbing it as well (observe the different sequence used). Also, what is the deal with the grade of this problem? Consensus on 8a and elsewhere is V12 or V13, but according to Jamie Emerson the FA Dave Graham insists that it is “not very hard” and is only V10 or V11. I guess all that matters is that it isn’t V7…
