Impressive trip to Rocklands for Anna Stöhr as she repeats The Power Of One (V13) and The Vice (V13):

Once again, Anna has broken through the glass ceiling and set a new precedent for female bouldering, by sending these two lines, needing only three days to crack, The Power of One, and four for, The Vice. Hats off to Anna for raising the bar one notch higher!

Not bad to go along with her six bouldering World Cup victories so far this year.

    What glass ceiling is this referring to? For the problem? For her? V13 isn’t anything new for a woman/female child.

    It seems like people are too quick to forget that Angie Payne was the first…and Tomoko Ogawa, V14. Anna’s sends are badass for sure, and certainly at the cutting edge of women’s bouldering, but to say she is “raising the bar one notch higher” seems like a slight to the women who have already pushed the bar that high and higher.

    You have to keep in mind that this was written by one of her sponsors, but perhaps they are referring to the fact that she did 2 in short order? Otherwise you are both correct
