Tomorrow marks the start of the annual bouldering World Cup competition at the Teva Mountain Games in Vail, CO. 89 climbers, including 27 Americans, are set to compete. You’ll be able to watch live at the following times (MDT):
- Friday – 10 am – Female Qualifiers
- Friday – 3 pm – Male Qualifiers
- Saturday – 10 am – Semi-finals
- Saturday – 4:45 pm – Finals

I’d never gotten to watch qualifiers before. It was instant gratification, having the strongest climbers go first and send everything. Psyched for Semis and Finals! Go Team USA!

I liked how the hand jamming on problem 4 in finals gave some guys real problems. Unfortunately some found a work around, but Sean had no problems… Must be all those cracks in Squamish that prepped him.
