      Or maybe I should just open things up and let people post videos directly like DPM does? That would sure make my job a lot easier.

    There are too many good videos this past week.

    If people could upload their own videos like DPM, I think the site would get a lot more traffic, which would require more policing, which requires more work for you. Vicious circle =P

    I think the way this stuffs been handled so far has been great. Especially since the site was updated a while ago.
