The summer bouldering season of 2007 was one for the record books in Rocky Mountain National Park. It seemed like every week a new double digit problem was being established or repeated en masse. Back in early May of this year, I had a post of RMNP bouldering videos where I predicted that the summer […]

MVM Going Free This Week
Last week it was confirmed officially on the MVM site that the paid premium section would be going away by the first week of September (as I had reported back in July). I for one can’t wait to see what they come up with for their newest rollout. There are many things I would like to see, however my secret wish is for more old school footage from back in the 90’s. I guess the non-HD nature of the old footage would apparently disqualify it though? What are you hoping to see now that you don’t have to sweat actually paying for anything??

Via The Mountain World, we have a brand new time waster from our friends at Patagonia. They have launched a very cool site called Tin Shed that is supposed to mimic hanging out in the old Chouinard Equipment Company shed. Inside the flashy site you will be able to read stories, view pictures and watch videos of climbing exploits from all over the globe.
