Congrats are in order for Chris Albert, John DeTarsio, Peter Mortimer, Rob Frost, Mikey Schaefer, Ben Ditto, Kyle Berkompass and Dave Turner who were nominated for an Emmy in the Outstanding Individual Achievement in a Craft:  Video Journalism – News category for their work on the Alex Honnold 60 Minutes piece.

      What? That there are Awards for Television and a specific category for outstanding video journalism with a piece that just so happened to feature Alex Honnold was nominated for?

        I may be the minority, but I thought the 60 minutes piece was terrible (“wow factor” of watching Honnold solo aside).
