Oh wow this sent chills through me. Seven months ago this last week I blew my labrium climbing and had the same surgery and just last week was able to start climbing and training again! Long road, but I promise its worth it!!! Good luck.

While in South Africa Beth managed to do her first v10 (also a first ascent I believe), a direct finish to “Tomorrow I’ll Be Gone”. Not ‘world record’ breaking, sure but I think it helps explain the difficulty she had making the decision to have surgery.

P.S. She reminds me of a 6 year old when on painkillers.
