And then a ranger gave me a ticket on the way to the hospital for passing someone who pulled over 1/2 out of the road to look at elk. He didn&#039;t believe me at all when I said I did the crab walk N hop down from there..</description>

		<description>future of bouldering seems like it will become closer to mountaineering.... hike in, set up basecamp, wait for good weather, crush.  in some senses, these kind of hike-in/camp-out sessions are really really cool despite the effort.  on the other hand, they certainly are exclusive for folks with mounting obligations on their time.

in any event, i hope that distant alpine bouldering basecamps and talus fields are not treated like the garbage pits of everest, etc.

it&#039;s good to see boulderers like glassberg and traversi sublty mentioning that they&#039;ve been carrying their pads in and out.</description>
