I have to wonder what would make Miguel's list of most interesting things burned at the restaurant? Besides famous climbers.

Yes, I believe the shower and restroom facilities will be getting a nice upgrade. Also look for some sanity to be brought to how people park in the parking lot. It will be cool to see how things turn out. Miguel's has indeed come a long way!

Isn't the shack connected to the showers/outhouse? Hopefully this means upgraded facilities - I'm not complaining about what they had, but something nicer is always good too. Miggy's has come a long way since 10 years ago... wi-fi, nice basement area, new equipment. I'm glad to see them doing so well.

On reading the first bit of your post I thought: only 100 reactions is enough to reconsider an alternative for a road?? But on further reading I came across 'the quality of their communication' and that might just have made the difference. It's good to see what even a small amount of people can achieve, if they spend a bit of time on how to formulate their concerns! I think you guys did a great job and I hope it all works out well.
