Hopefully this means upgraded facilities - I'm not complaining about what they had, but something nicer is always good too. But on further reading I came across 'the quality of their communication' and that might just have made the difference. It's good to see what even a small amount of people can achieve, if they spend a bit of time on how to formulate their concerns! I think you guys did a great job and I hope it all works out well.
