Despite my serious dislike of Mr. Roboto from the trailer I expect this film will be quite good. Chuck has turned out some great climbing flicks in the last many years and the above comments, mine included may be a bit harsh. More over I have enjoyed watching the evolution of his style; from the uninteresting fixed shots of many years previous to the HD action shots in Pure.

Mortimer and Fryberger confused? One makes epic films on the cutting edge of the sport. The other copies the Dosage graphics and the robot voice!

I always get Fryberger and Mortimer confused. One of them likes to use some funky voice-over that seems straight out of a 1960s public school health class movie on personal hygiene. Really bugs me and I always mute it. Maybe it's not their fault. Maybe it's just a bad flashback...

So far I am 0 for 2 in liking either of the voice overs, but the one in Dosage V was a bit more palatable.

In film you often see influences from other producers, directors, etc. If you check out the Dosage V trailer you will find a much sexier robotic voice. Coincidence? Is the voice of Pure supposed to be more powerful/forceful?
