if so, how&#039;s your pinching strength?  can you do one arm pinch pull ups pinching the underside of a hanging 2x4?  can you thumbdercling everything w/ authority now?  can you thumb-mantle down on crimps to lock em off full bodylength style to skip dynos?

As some of you may know, the Narc underwent surgery to repair severely loose ligaments (and avoid early arthritis) in his left thumb yesterday.  He&#039;s home, doing well and already discussing the topic of his next post.  A sincere thanks to everyone for backing the Narc on the site and in his surgical endeavors!</description>
