I presumed that it must have to do with the proximity to NPR. I guess going all the way to Kentucky 3 weeks ago to cover him in one of the best areas of the Country didn't fit in with keeping things "Green" or something... It's not horrible or anything ;) I presume he was climbing here because NPR's facilities are in DC and fairly close to Carderock Park in the scheme of things. The video really isn't that great and it sucks that NPR uses real player for their video and audio files.
